The present rector of the institute, Docent, Candidate of Law Asadov Ali Mamedovich received the majority of votes.
Asadov Ali Mamedovich was born on May 24, 1963. He graduated from Ural University named after A. M. Gorky in 1990. After the graduation, he started to work as an assistant of the department of political economy, a junior researcher of the University. Asadov A. M. is the founder of the Ural Institute of Economics, Management and Law. He works at a non-state institution of higher professional education the Ural Institute of Economics, Management and Law from 1992 till present: October 1992 – December 1996 – the Dean, January 1997 – September 2006 – Pro-rector, December 21, 2004 – December 20, 2009 – was selected among other candidates as a Docent of the department of administrative and finance law. Since September 2006 he is a Rector of the Institute. The Institute has the state accreditation.
His organizational and public activities are combined with teaching and scientific work. He is a supervisor of students’ yearly projects and degree works. He is an author of scientific works, including three monographs. He takes part in scientific and methodological conferences.
A. M. Asadov has a high professionalism, culture, everlasting devotion to the Ural Institute of Economics, Management and Law, exactingness to himself and his milieu, ability to organize the work of the personnel efficiently. He is very attentive to people, businesslike, able to complete everything that he has started, reasonable and easy to communicate with. He especially takes care of the veterans of war and labor. A. M. Asadov deservedly enjoys authority over the staff of the Institute. Students and his colleagues respect him.
